In 1967, a group of passionate homeowners came together to establish what is now the Linden Hill Homeowners Association, driven by a shared vision of community, connection, and care. Over the past five decades, Linden Hill has grown into a well-established neighborhood known for its strong sense of belonging and commitment to maintaining its natural beauty. Today, with 230 homes, the HOA remains dedicated to the same values that shaped it from the start—providing residents with a safe, beautiful, and thriving place to live. 

While the neighborhood has evolved over the years, one thing has remained constant: the dedication of its homeowners. Many families have lived here for decades, while new residents continue to bring fresh energy and ideas. This blend of tradition and renewal makes Linden Hill a unique and vibrant community, where neighbors come together to support one another and build a better future for all.
