Linden Hill will hold its annual Neighborhood Garage Sale Fri. Sept 18th - Sun. Sept 20th, 2026. Set up a garage sale in your yard and the HOA will advertise in places such as the Martin City Telegraph, social media and via neighborhood signs.

Join us for a neighborhood block party! The HOA will provide food and games and you can provide the good company!

Join us on our annual Dumpster Day to declutter your house and get rid of yard waste! 

Dumpster Day is available to all Linden Hill Residents. Annual dues must be paid to participate.

This year we will have a dumpster for waste, yard waste and a truck for donations to Habitat for Humanity.

• Furniture (No Rips, Tears, Holes, Stains) 
• Long Tools Hand Tools / Power Tools Hardware 
• Building Supplies Lumber (Nail-Free at least 4ft.) 
• TVs (Flatscreen Only – No Plasma)
